There are three ways to register for classes.

1. Fill out the form below. You will be sent a confirmation email about
the classes you selected below.

2. Call 415-883-6027 and register by phone by leaving a message
with your name, phone number, and classes you would like to enroll
your student in.

or

3. Come to information night on Wednesday, February 1 at 7:00 p.m.
in the music room at Sinaloa Middle School (Room 401.)

You can register for an individual class, or you can register for
multiple classes.
